Today we shall be looking at the topic "EXPERIENCE THE VALUE OF VALUES"

What are Values ?

Values are those Principles that guide your decisions and behavior.

It is important we choose the right values and  identity ourselves with such. As agents of CHANGE, we must possess the right values. Values that will trigger the world to a positive CHANGE.

We shall consider a quote by Simon Sinek 

"A just cause is about the future, it defines where we are going. It describes a world with hope to live in and will commit to help build "

THE VALUE OF GOOD VALUES:

Good values are those that when we identify ourselves with them, will transform our world to a positive lane and bring a more conducive atmosphere for everyone.

👌 Good values make positive change possible

👌 Good values , values people: Good values are people centred and not self-centered.

👌 Good values must be Personal: We must make it an intentional act, to  cultivating the right values.

👌 Good values create stability: Good values makes us authentic, makes us valuable to our community over time.

👌Good values Establish Trust : When we possess the right values, it becomes easy for people to trust us. You must inculcate the right values for you to be trusted. Trust is usually earned.

👌Good values are better lived than Spoken : There's the notion, that good leaders , lead by example. Values are not your words, but your action. You must display your values through your actions and choices and not through your words.

👌 Good values change your world: Good values such as EMPATHY,LOVE, KINDNESS, GRATITUDE and the et cetera CHANGE your world, and affect your world positively.

👌 Good values makes you more Valuable: When you have the right values, you become even more valuable.

We must cultivate the right values, if we want to influence our positively. Cultivating the he right values is one of the major ways to drive changes and a positive one. We must be very Intentional with our actions and learn to manage people. People are delicate, and so treat HUMAN as HUMAN by display of Love and a willingness to serve HUMANITY. 

You are important, Very important. You are an agent for a transformed world.

Be more EMPATHETIC, GRATEFUL, KIND, LOVING, THANKFUL, HARDWORKING, GENEROUS, LOYAL, TRUSTWORTHY, SINCERE, COMMITMED, HOPEFUL, DARE TO BE MORE....

Remember your duty as a noble Leader, you are borne to  transform the word. Remember the mission is "To make our world a better place to live and Thrive"
