👉 Seeking Connection with others : To be able to achieve the bigger dream, you will need  CONNECT with other PEOPLE. It makes it a whole lot easier to achieve Goals , dreams and to fulfil purpose when you learn to connect with other people. Great leaders learn to CONNECT to the right source that will help them achieve their dreams and fulfil purpose.

👉 BE A PART OF SOMETHING BIGGER THAN YOU : The be fulfilled, you must get involved in something that makes you feel fulfilled. We cannot attain fulfilment, if we set our eyes on small dreams without getting involved in the bigger ONE. Leaders find purpose and fulfilment in commitment and PARTICIPATION in making the bigger dreams come true. That is why you see leaders COMING UP as activist for one thing or the other, because they want to be part of the change to come.

👉 You receive VALUE from GIVING :  Great leaders learn to give VALUE. This is the place where EMPATHY comes in, which is one of the virtues of great leaders. They know the importance of giving. 

"THE INEVITABLE RETURN: Give go others enough, and we  receive more than we give. And  Love returns to us Tenfolds. Lift people up and we get lifted even higher.

Hindrances to achieving the Bigger dream

👌Lack of Organizational support

👌When people Think  Money is the problem

To transform our world to a better place to be, it is a collective effort not an individual effort.  We must be willing to give it our Energy, to see our world is CHANGE for Good.
